Stay: Hotels in some countries, especially North America, do not guarantee the number of beds in a room and will allocate rooms to accommodate the number of adults staying in a room. If you arrive late evening or in case of no show on a first night (without informing the hotel or the booking agent) the whole booking would stand as cancelled and no refund would be provided for. If you seek a refund a written clarity from the hotel should be provided declaring that the booking has been refunded from their end and the same shall be submitted to us.
